The albums and photocards were not protected properly.

The albums were only protected with a piece of bubblewrap which was not big enough to cover all the albums.

When I received the package, the items (inserts and cd) in the signed albums had already slide out.

DAMAGED BENEFIT PHOTOCARDS

The benefit photocards were only protected with a plastic sleeve.

There were spaces between the albums and posters so the photocards were able to slide around.

When I received the package, some of the photocards were squashed between the albums.

“There are several steps of overseas delivery and some damage may occur in the process.”

It may, but in this case it is not totally due to the delivery.

The items were not properly protected so it got damaged.

As you can see there was no protection for the white album (signed) and benefit photocards.

The other albums had minimal protection as previously stated (only protected with a piece of bubblewrap which was not big enough to cover all the albums).

“As a result of checking the packaging of overseas shipments, it is being shipped in a box larger than the size of the album for the poster shipment. This issue inevitably occurs a lot of empty space in the box, and the album can move when shipped overseas.”

If it was already known that it will be shipped in a larger box with empty spaces then there should be additional protection.

My friend bought from other sites and this is an example of how they will pack it if there are any empty spaces.

Also her albums are fully protected with bubblewraps.

My albums were not and hence the damaged album content (photocard) too.

I can find more pictures or videos of how other sites pack and protect their albums and photocards if needed.

I paid $184.10 USD + $60.25 USD shipping not to receive goods that are not protected hence damaged.
