OMG I'm dying I just noticed all this reviews and I'm kinda scared.
I received an email saying my order was delivery complete on August 2, but on GY, ILSAN, and I live on the USA... what is that? BUT on the delivery status said my order came here and then went back to Korea because "item wrongly directed", what was that again? OMG I'm so scared, I want my ligthstick 😩. PLEASE DO SOMETHING, I NEED ANSWERS, btw I can't contact you guys through the customer service because kpopstore@beatro.co.kr doesn't even exist, at this time I'm so disappointed, you guys can't do this to your customers, I'm truly sure there is no problem with my address cause I have checked and everything is correct, AGAIN please I need you guys to resolve this.
