I’m asking again because you started a faulty shipping today. I purchased the preorder on July 5 and cancelled it on July 19 already through PayPal because your email “kpopstore@beatro.co.kr” provided in my confirmation email doesn’t even exist and I can’t even send the inquiry to your customer service as in how to undergo the proper procedure to cancel the item after checking out as guest and none of you replied to me neither through emails nor paypal. But why did I still receive an email saying the order has been shipped? It's not my responsibility that you don't check emails or paypal notifications. I don't want this product anymore yet you still shove it to me? Please follow up on my order 20210705-0004697 and intercept the delivery process if you see this message. I honestly don't understand why your site lack any kind of customer support for us. This kind of forced purchase is nothing but pure robbery. I hope you look into this matter as soon as possible as I don’t want to cause you any trouble either yet this nonchalant behaviour towards customers is not acceptable at all.

You said you canceled the payment via PayPal, but your order has never been canceled in our online mall.
You can cancel the product you purchased at the online mall if you ask cancellation through the KPOPSTORE website.
Even if you ask cancellation of payment on PayPal, it is not reflected in the online mall, so cancellation processing is not possible.
Also, we did not be notified of the cancellation request made by PayPal.
Therefore, your order has not been canceled and the product has been sent.
Currently, the product has already been sent, so we can't collect it.
