Hi, my name is Amanda and I'm from Brazil.

I bought an Ateez album a month and a half ago, but as it was my first international purchase

I'm lost and would like to know if you could let me know where the order is.

At first, the store's website says it was delivered, but where? to the carrier, ship... at my house in Brazil it was not delivered.
