ORDER NOT DELIVERED
My order is marked as "delivered" but I haven't received it!
I live in Brazil and I placed my order as soon as the sale opened on the website and I still haven't received it!
The tracking number sent to my email appears as "nonexistent" when I try to track.
I've sent more than one email to KpopStore about tracking and delaying the order but I didn't get any response, I was just ignored!
This is too disrespectful! I want to receive my order!
Please resolve this immediately!
