PCC= Personal Custom Code. Goods have to go through korean customs before shipping internationally, if I would have to summarize what it is.

You have to apply one through Korean Customs Service, which applies for those who live in Korea because you would need a resident number or alien registration number.

But for us foreigners, if you have a passport, you can use your passport number for the PCC.

I made my purchase that way.

I do not have a passport. Is there any other way for me to order these from the US?
