Due to COVID-19, shipment in some countries has been suspended, 

and there are some countries with delayed delivery, so we will notify you.

Also, we inform you in advance that the overall delivery is delayed even if there is no separate notice, 

such as a specific country, a particular exchange or a specific city, due to the reasons below.

- COVID-19 is a Pandemic, causing delays in communication between all countries.

- Due to emergency decisions made by governments and border closures, 

  airline schedules such as cancellation and reduction of flights have changed dramatically on the same day.

- In the case of Philippines,

  1. Palawan(Postal code : 5314, 5315, 5316, 5317) and Mindoro(5110, 5111) cannot be shipped.

  2. In the case of Philippines, we can send items to Metro Manila (Postal code : 1~).

  3. Delivery is possible to areas other than No. 1 and No. 2, but it may be delayed for a long time due to COVID-19.

Please note that the end date for the suspension of shipment has not been decided yet.
